Lemon is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants which cures inflammation in arteries and lowers blood cholesterol level. It prevents from oxidative damage to blood stream. One glass of warm water when mixed with one teaspoon honey and one lime juice, taken one or two times daily for few weeks is very much beneficial for clogged arteries.
