Apple Cider Vinegar

Prepare apple cider vinegar by mixing 1 -2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of water. It is known to treat sore muscles more efficiently. Mix one- fourth or half a tablespoon of cayenne pepper powder in one cup of warmed coconut or olive oil.
