Take two teaspoons of dried lemongrass, a teaspoon  of fresh grated ginger, a small cinnamon stick and one or two garlic cloves. Put all these ingredients in two cups of water and keep the saucepan on the heat for 10 minutes. When you sip do not forget to add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey to it [5].
