The Athlete’s foot is a fungal infection, which causes skin rashes on the foot and mostly occurs in the wet and warm areas like, in between toes. Initially, it is caused due to walking barefoot on contaminated surfaces and it is a spreading disease, which gets easily by touching the infected toes or feet. The three different types of athlete’s foot are toe web infection, vesicular type infection and moccasin type infection. The symptoms of athlete’s foot are peeling, cracking, redness, soreness, swelling and itching and burning sensation. And the symptoms vary depending upon its type and affect the different part of the foot.
