Peppermint essential oil can be used for reducing headaches. Use it along with alcohol. Mix five drops of peppermint essential oil with one-ounce vodka. Pour in a glass bowl and stir well. Dip cotton on this liquid and apply on the forehead and behind the neck with gentle strokes. Keep the eyes closed. Use a cold pack for headache relief. For this, mix five drops of peppermint essential oil with one cup chilled or iced water. Make a cold pack with this liquid and apply on the forehead. Remove when the pack turns warm.

5. Eucalyptus Essential Oil:

Eucalyptus essential oil gives relief from nerve pain. It has analgesic properties and the oil reduces muscle pain. The oil helps in numbing the painful areas of the body. Reduce body pain by massaging the oil on the body. Use it along with carrier oil. For this, mix ten drops of eucalyptus oil with one-ounce avocado oil. Stir well in a glass bowl.
