Almonds are known for its elevating quality. When crushed almonds are applied to the face, help in diminishing the dark patches and brightening skin. Soak 8-10 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning, grind the almonds without peels. Add ½ cup honey & one tablespoon of sandalwood powder. Mix well, until it becomes a fine paste. Use the mixture on your face and let it stay for some 30 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water and repeat the process till these patches disappear.

Add equal quantity of glycerin, & rose water in sandalwood powder. You can replace rose water with honey or milk. Make the paste thick and apply on the affected area.
