Take one cup of white sugar and add it to half a cup of olive oil. Mix it well and apply on the affected area. Let it dry for about 5 to 10 minutes. Gently scrub the area in circular motions while it is getting dry. Wash off with lukewarm water and try this once every day and for twice a week till the results are visible.
